1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Within Karachi:

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days
  • Shipping charges: Rs.175

Rest of Pakistan (Domestic):

  • Delivery time: 3–5 business days
  • Shipping charges: Rs. 500

     

  • International orders:

    • Delivery time: 7–14 business days
    • Shipping charges: Calculated at checkout

    3. Order Tracking
    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can track your order directly on the [Courier Company Name] website.

    4. Delivery Delays
    Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance, or courier-related issues. In such cases, we will keep you updated on your order status.

    5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

    6. Incorrect Address
    If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipment.
