🚚What is your estimated delivery time?

Your order will be dispatched within 48 - 72 hours and will be handed over to the courier for delivery. However, sometimes the order is delayed due to public holidays, unforeseen circumstances (weather, lockdowns), or during sales due to an overwhelming response.

💸What are the delivery charges for local and International orders?

Flat Shipping Rate is 199 PKR + 1 FBR on every local order. International shipping rates are based on the weight of the parcel. These rates will be calculated once you’re on the cart page.

How can I make a return request?

After you have submitted a return request to customercare@SheezaStudio.pk or call us at +923331305580. After reviewing your request, if the article is delivered incorrectly from our side, then we will get it picked up from your doorstep within 7 to 10 working days, and you will not be charged for shipping. Once the article is received at our Warehouse and after checking the quality, we will issue an online credit that can be used for online shopping on SheezaStudio.

💵🔙Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

For order cancellation, please contact our customer service department within 24 hours of placing the order. You can apply for a refund only if we somehow shipped you the wrong product or size, or the product you received was damaged in any way. In such cases, you can get Online Store Credit for the same amount (minus shipping costs).
